Four Paws is a small family-run business run by experienced dog trainers on their farm located just off the N2 in the tranquil Lilyfontein area. We are passionate about providing high-quality care and services to each and every dog that comes through our doors.

OUR SERVICES
BOARDING
We provide comfortable and safe accommodation for your furry friends while you're away.
Our boarding facility is designed to cater to the needs of each dog, and unique in that your dog will spend it's entire day out in its own shaded garden unit, only getting kenneled for the evenings and during inclement weather.
PUPPY SOCIALISATION CLASSES
Our puppy socialisation classes have been helping dog owners since 1998 and are designed to help your puppy become a well-behaved and socialised dog.
We use positive reinforcement techniques to teach your puppy basic obedience and social skills.
To ensure the utmost quality, the process is closely monitored and confirmed by official veterinarians. Over their 70-year history, Mera have had zero recalls or pet food scares. That’s the Mera difference you can trust.
VACCINATIONS
ALL vaccinations are to be administered by a SAVC (South African Veterinary Council member – veterinarian, vet nurse or AHT) and proof thereof (copies of vaccination booklet) must be submitted before we will allow your dog onto our premises!

Puppy School
Our intensive 4 week puppy programme costs R850.00 and includes a very informative Puppy Training and Behaviour booklet, graduation rosette and certificate.
Class numbers are limited so booking is essential!
At Four Paws we care about the safety of your pup and so require proof of vaccinations by a vet to be sent through to us before you are allowed onto the premises which are clean, free of poop and disease free!
Socialisation is correctly facilitated to ensure a positive learning experience for all pups.
Early puppy socialisation is a crucial component of raising a healthy dog. The best place to do this is at Four Paws, where we provide vital pup-to-pup socialisation in a controlled environment.

Four Paws is a small family-run boarding kennels run by experienced puppy/dog trainers on their farm located just off the N2 in the tranquil Lilyfontein area.
Merely 12 min from Beacon Bay Retail Park, Four Paws caters for all breeds and needs.
We don’t believe that dogs should live in kennels, and so our spacious enclosed quarters are only for sleeping in. During the daytime, our furry guests are allocated their own grassy outdoor play camps.
These individual garden units include splash pools for our boarders who enjoy water, lovely shady areas and access to clean water at all times. This offers the dogs a relaxed and calm environment. Families are kept together and we do not mix dogs in these camps, or in the large shaded play run where our furry guests get to enjoy daily play and exercise which is closely monitored.
Meals are fed twice daily, unless where specified, and all meals are prepared individually, carefully medicated when necessary and supervised throughout the process. Whilst we supply MERA (imported high premium food Germany) for our valued guests, we are happy to feed them the food they eat at home.
